Is it bad to retake english/psyc online ?

Bad in what respect? The dental schools won't know because it doesn't show up as online on your transcript. The only way it will be bad is if you are a procrastinator and don't feel like doing the work, its really easy to put online courses like that to the side when you are busy studying for o-chem.

To tell you the truth, the only reason Im taking it online is because I do not want to attend useless lectures, and the teachers know that aswell.

In anyway, suppose the courses do appear as online in my transcript, why is that even oconsidered bad ? Psyc/Eng have litlle to do with my Science degree, so why would that be even accounted for. Mostly all courses in the arts department consist of fairly useless lectures- one can take the corresponding text book and do well, which is what I want to do, however if it will hinder my chances significantly, I will not take them online.

I don't understand your question. It won't hurt your chances because they do not show up as an online course... that is not how a college transcript works. The only thing that will hurt you with an online course is if you put it aside and don't do any work for them and score a poor grade.

I took the Psychology CLEP test and had no problems with dental schools (Indiana), they just wanted to see the credit on a transcript. If this was OK, an internet class is definitely going to be fine.

I took an English class AND Psychology online.

Best decisions I've made and got As in both. I took them b/c I wanted room in my normal class schedule for harder coursework and knew that I could invest the time into the online ones without getting overwhelmed or sidetracked.

You will designate them as "online" on AADSAS but they won't show up as online on the transcript.

Online classes should have no bearing on your ability to be considered b/c schools know that there are non-traditional applicants out there who have no choice but to take some distance-learning coursework.
