I was wondering how columbia, u of minnesota, indiana u, and u penn was at admitting out of state applicants with average scores

State schools are hard to get in unless u have great numbers...

Indiana admits a pretty solid nonresident class each year. This year, out of 101, 30 students are nonresident. If your scores are competitive, I'd apply; your chances are pretty good relative to other public schools.

Wow thats really weird, I applied to 13 schools, but those were the only schools I interviewed at, and canceled the rest. I know IU admist s alot of out of state and more than half of Upenn and Columbia s class is out of state since they are private schools.
