So I realized a lot of secondaries asks about "diversity'' and "unique experiences". My question is if one of my "most meaningful experiences" is something that I will be using for either one of these topics, is it okay to still use it in the secondary even though I already talked about it in my meaningful exp.?

Thanks

Yes, you may write about the same EC in multiple essays, but don't talk about it in the same way and definitely don't quote. I wrote about the same experience in multiple essays, but each essay had a different emphasis and a different story/anecdote. It takes a little more effort, but then you don't repeat yourself and they get a more complete picture of your experiences.

You would want to expand on it to answer the question, but you can talk about the same things you mentioned before. Your "most meaningful" commentary should be part of the answer to "why medicine," meaning why is this experience "most meaningful" toward your pursuing medicine. You can discuss it in a different light/with a different focus if the question is "how do you add diversity?" or "what is a unique experience?"

This👍. Most people only have a finite number of experiences to use (especially good, meaningful ones), so definitely use the experience again. But you do want to make it different than just a rehash of your previous essay.
