Step II Is it okay to write telegraphic sentences on the CS patient note?

Hi! I was preparing for my step 2 CS and I was wondering whether it's okay that to write telegraphic sentences on the patient note. Or do I have to write complete sentences? Can anyone advise? Thanks!
