Is it possible to delay enrollment?

Hi all, I am currently a sophomore planning to graduate in Spring 2014. However I do not want to attend PT school until Fall 2016. Is it possible to apply after i graduate and delay enrollment? Should I just try to apply for fall 2016 in that cycle? How will taking time off since taking my pre-req courses and GRE affect my application?

I think it would depend on the school if you wanted to try to delay enrollment, but I imagine they would want a better reason than not wanting to start until 2016. I would suggest applying for the cycle that you want to attend. Taking time off shouldn't be a big deal, depending on what you do with it. I had over 10 years since taking my pre-reqs and I got into a few different schools. I also believe that the GRE score is good for 5 years usually.
