For someone boarded in HPM, or does this specialty not exist in the military?

Well I assume you trained in IM, FM or EM...so you can do those.

I believe there's a palliative spot or two on AD, but not guard or reserves to my knowledge. You'd be practicing in the capacity of your residency training or as a battalion/flight surgeon and not palliative care.

No specific AOC/MOS for that in the Army but as the above members said, you would be practicing in your capacity of your residency training and how it correlates to what is available for the Army.
