Is it possible to reactivate ECE evaluation report

if somebody knows that is it possible to reactivate evaluation report which was done two years ago,i was searching at ece website it does not state that how you can reactivate - i mean not any form etc.
it is mentioned that they have record of past 10 years,and
if anybody wants to take NBDE part 1 so he or she has to reactivate report and tell ECE that send a copy to ADA just that or anything else

if somebody knows what is the procedure please guide me how to do that

I think the best thing to do is call ECE and clarify it from them. For matters like these, I personally feel, it is better to rely on their information than information provided by word of mouth.
