I'm interested in attending U-Mass in Worcester. However, I think that realistically, I would get accepted and attend a Caribbean medical school, like Ross.

Suppose that after 2 semesters in the Caribbeans I excel and towards the top of my class. Would it be possible to transfer to U-Mass as a MII (or MIII)?

No. Why didn't you just accept the advice you got the first time you posed this question in pre-med?

No, no, no and no. It's a very competitive school, and coming from the caribbean you would be at the bottom of the list in terms of desirability.

Stop asking repetitive questions just because you don't like the answers.

definitely no - don't go caribbean with the plan of transferring. The best way to get in to the school of your choice is to have a strong application. If you have a weaker application, then persistence and improvement are your 2 strongest allies. It may take you a few years, but you could get in if you really put your mind to it.
