Is it too late to apply to more schools...?

I think I would better to add more schools now than to wait it out and have all the other schools you originally applied to dead end ya. Try and pass the waiting time by getting a DO letter. How many schools did you originally apply to? Add as many as you can afford, although you might be interviewing for waitlist spots. Those can move very quickly at some schools.
