Is it too Late to apply to NSU, AZCOM, LSU , WCU, ATSU?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I think if you have decent stats you'll be ok. It is getting late though, especially for schools like NSU and AZCOM.

Do are you saying dont bother? here are my stats:

3.1 both and 507.
110 of PCP shadowing
1200 non health related volunteering
350 healthy related volunteering
620 scribing
10 tutoring AP physics
2 as Avid tutor

Other than the lower gpa your app looks solid to me. Do you have an upward trend? If so, for how long?

You should look into gpa cutoffs for these schools. I don't remember what they are off the top of my head (I think most schools it's like 3.0); you might be totally fine. The highest I have heard of was 3.25 (sGPA/cGPA) and I don't believe it was at any of the schools you listed.

Interviewed and WL'ted at KCU. So most school do take a holistic approach indeed. Sophmore year tanked GPA hard.

Thanks just wanted to know if it was too late to apply to those schools?

Thanks

Personally I think unless you have some pretty impressive stats, yes.

They interviewed you with a GPA lower than their minimum requirements?

Yes and thanks for everyone feedback. I will take @Goro advice and send the primary tonight.

I know one of my pre-med friends that applied to like 10 schools where he did not match the minimum requirement of a science 3.0 GPA (had like a 2.97), and was auto-rejected each and every time, and he had a masters degree too.

What was your MCAT?

if LSU isn't a typo, it is WAY way too late to apply to either, especially since you have to mail in your secondaries. I know for a fact LSU Shreveport isn't giving out any more interview slots until at least January.

Ya, I remember doing LSU. I was sad they made me mail in so much. I was hoping they would do it electronically.

Ok well KCU-COM would have been the only DO school you don't meet the requirements for, being they want 3.25 cumulative and science GPA.

But its still surprising because I've never heard of a school with a hard set-in-stone minimum requirement give an interview/acceptance to anyone who did not meet those minimum requirements.
