I took the DAT last Monday. I called ADEA today, and the representative told me schools won't be able to see my score until about 4 weeks! My score is decent but not mind blowing.

Other than that, everything else is ready to send out. Should I go with it or is it too late at at this point? I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to take the test.

I'm in the same boat but I sent out my app without the scores at the end of July. So you haven't sent out your app yet?

If you are planning to apply this cycle, I would send out the app ASAP and once it is sent, fax the unofficial scores to schools so your file can be in "line" as soon as possible.

Do you think that faxing the scores before they are official will be credible enough for the Admission committee to give you an interview? or just wait the 4 weeks for the official score. I say this thinking that the only thing my app needs to improve is my low dat score (17)

we have the same GPA and TS and AA score, no joke. I took my DAT even later than you when I applied (end of September) and got interviews from 2 out of the 5 schools i applied to, so it's late alright, but there's still a chance! If you have the funds, I would apply to a few that review applications later. a year is a long time to wait!

ask the schools first if they look at unofficial scores, and with good gpa/recs/etc you should be fine : )
