I applied for medical school last year and have been rejected from most all of my schools and waitlisted at one.

I didn't know much about post bac programs and sort of slunk into a pit of procrastination/denial/whathaveyou for the last few months of rejection letters.

Is it too late to get into/even apply to some post bac programs? What can I even do from here.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Without knowing your stats, it may be difficult for others to assist you.

For many programs, it isn't too late insofar as you may still be able to meet the deadline. But due to the rolling admission nature of many of these programs, you may be at a disadvantage. If you do need a post bac, start applying ASAP, or start looking for something to do in your gap year.

You should post your stats if you want meaningful advice, you might not know what you're doing; no offense.

I have a 3.5 overall GPA and a 32 MCAT score (8, 12, 12 1st time and 11, 10, 11 2nd time)
Do you need other scores?

It's not too late for some big name programs. I applied to Boston about this time last year and was accepted with lower stats than you. Toledo's SMP admission is non-rolling, so look into that if you're interested. There's a complete list here: https://services.aamc.org/postbac/

You can get a pretty good feel for how the admission cycle for each school goes by reading through previous years' threads.
