is it weird that i don't want a high GPA IN my masters?

i have a 3.0 in undergraduate and i am currently in a masters-bioscience to be specific. I want to do med school after. but I'm afraid that if i do get a high gpa like a 3.9 they might ask me how come i did poorly in undergrad.
i want to aim for a 3.6/3.7 and kill the mcat (hope to after 3 failed attempt. )

is my logic okay?
