Hey guys. This is another retake question.

The first time I took O-Chem 1, I got a C. I retook it and got a B.

The first time I took O-Chem 2, I got a B.

The lab and lec for the O-Chems are together, so pretty much I got B's in lab and lec.

I feel tempted to retake both of these this summer and Ace them, as I know I am now prepared to do so. Should I retake both and ace them even though I have B's in both now?

It's either retake ochem1 summer 1 and retake ochem2 summer 2 or leave them both and work on my BS in chemistry whereby I'd be taking college physics 1 summer I and biochemistry lecture summer 2.

What do you suggest?

What does the rest of your app look like?

If you are a borderline student and are 100% sure on the A maybe. Otherwise, leave the Bs alone and focus on the rest of your application.

Raising a pair of Bs to As will do very little to your GPA, so only do if you have nothing else you can to boost your readiness.

The majority of the classes I've taken have been all A's and B's. I have only ever had 5 C's ever that I can remember:

College Algebra; Pre-Calculus; Gen Chem 1; Gen Chem 2; Org Chem 1

I retook them all and got A's except for Pre-Cal and Org Chem 1 where I got B's.

Leave them alone. It sounds like you're at least 3.5 cgpa and sgpa. Your time would be better spent on the MCAT or EC's.

Would you also recommend I get the bachelor's in chem, I'm a few classes away.

And yes I Should focus on the MCAT and EC's. What do you recommend to do for EC's. I notice people usually have so many things. Would it be better to have a variety or just 1 thing for quite a bit of time?
