Is it worth submitting an update about two publications (previously listed in the AMCAS application as under review) that got accepted to journals? I also have a new abstract submission for a conference and a new publication that is under review. I keep hearing different opinions on update letters what counts as a significant update to adcoms and whether it matters at all. I am currently waiting to hear from a t5 school that does not release decisions until Feb/March and wondering if I should send the update about my research progress.

If the schools are willing to recieve updates, accepted papers are always worth an update

I'd prefer peer reviewed publications that get accepted for publication over conference abstracts or anything you just submitted.
