I'm a MBBS graduate, and looking to enter a master of public health program. As I'm applying, being asked what my highest level of education is. I don't know if MBBS is considered a bachelors or masters degree. I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. Thank you.

It is equivalent to a MD/DO, so I'd say it is a professional degree, if that is available.

If there is an option for professional degree, choose that. If they only have bachelor, masters or doctorate, I would select bachelor's as the MBBS can be a first degree and it is called Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery as you know.
