I am using the 2007 EK bio, ochem, physics, and gchem books for content review. I also have more recent Kaplan books which I may or may not look at. I'm currently looking into buying TBR books for their practice passages and in depth review if needed. Are my EK books too old or missing any important topics that the 2013 MCAT currently covers? Thanks!

That with TBR will be fine. Kaplan probably isn't worth using, especially if you have EK + TBR

Thanks for the responses, what books are best from which company, for example should I use TBR for physics and EK for bio? My primary attempt at the MCAT I simply used kaplan which was not good enough. I also have the Nova physics book. If anyone can help me to pick which book to focus on which subject that would be great 🙂

Edit: which TBR books are not necessary to purchase (verbal? Ochem?)? Or should I just purchase them all for their passages? I also have EK verbal passages PDF form

Many people utilize the study schedule on the forums here (sticky). I Personally use to schedule + books by www.mcatforme.com as they are much easier to get. I also utilize Chad's mcat videos.

To echo the others, you'll be fine.

TBR is worth getting all of, just so you do have the additional practice. EK Verbal is okay, but I think TPRH is the best, and TPRH has great Biology as well (not to say that TBR Bio isn't worth using, too)
