Is Nbde part 1 getting tougher ?

joined this forum today & found out that the NBDE part1 is getting tougher ..Is that really so ? Or do we have to do an extensive study of general anatomy & pathology ? ( is that where most of them find it difficult ?)
the exam looks real scary 🙁
