Tried registering for the NRMP match and I can't find where to select adult neurology. Have they just not set it up yet?

Yes, Neurology is through the NRMP. When registering for the NRMP match, I don't think people have to specify a specific specialty; Unless they've changed the application this year. People dual or triple apply all the time. See guide below.
