IS/OOS Questions

Hi! Could anyone tell me which of these schools has an in-state bias? If possible, to what degree do they prefer IS residents? I was able to find information on some of these schools but not all of them. I'm considering applying to more schools without a residency bias if my shot at these schools is slim. Thank you so much!

Most of those schools have no instate bias and for the few that do it is slight.

The real question is not the bias of the OOS school but the perceived (or actual) bias of the applicant's home state.
