I'm not entirely sure if I should take Organic Chemistry 2 Laboratory next semester along with the lecture. Does anyone know which schools require you to take it?

You can look at the different school websites for whether or not it's required. Where it's not required, it's usually highly recommended.

Take it to be safe. A lot of schools still require it, or don't let you substitute biochem.
