Is PBL worth it (specifically Case or USC)?

I have read that PBL can be quite frustrating, most posts talk about USC's program. Not to much talk about Case's PBL, is there something different between the two PBLs that differentiate them? Would you choose a traditional lecture style school over a PBL school or would you prefer a hybrid program (lets everything else is equal between the schools ex. cost, weather, etc.)?

I talked to a few students at Case and they said that they only get a bit of PBL in the first year. Second year is mostly lecture because they need to study for boards. Most students said good things about it.

One downside for PBL, you can only go as fast as the weakest link. I personally would pick traditional didactic lecture because I am more comfortable with it. It really is personal preference.

No PBL is not worth it. NO ONE LIKES IT, why because you dont experience it in undergrad.
