Is Qbook 3rd edition any different than 2nd edition?

Is Qbook 3rd edition any different than 2nd edition? The 2nd edition came out just last year and now a third edition. Why? Is this just a way to get everyone to buy their new book?
I saw that both editions have the same amount of pages so I dont think they changed too much. Has anyone checked this out to see if the questions are better/changed, or if they are just the same questions with maybe a few rearranged questions? Thanks
