Is Taxidermy too unappealing to put on application?

I'm trying to work on my application, and I have a small hobby of performing animal taxidermy preparations for archival-educational purposes.

I primary work on small dead animals that people bring in, identify them, stuff them, put them in anatomical position, put a tag on them, and then place them in storage at educational institutions/universities.

Is this something that I could put on my application? Is it worthwhile mentioning this? Do you think "animal loving" adcoms are going to freak about this?

It's not like I kill the animals, I just prepare them for achieving and taxidermy purposes!

Why not? Its unique and serves an educational purpose. It also helps your manual dexterity. Go for it.
