I've just noticed a bunch of ppl got rejected who have really competitive stats. What's going on? Last year they pretty much interviewed most ppl above a 3.0, no?

maybe... they flat-out rejected me... and i thought i had an eensy bit of a chance judging from last yr's ppl

I noticed that too. My stats are similar to some of those rejected- Brian actually told me that my essay was what got me an interview.
