You will not have had a majority of the courses for the Step 1 if you're taking it a year before, Id just wait until around the date and take the live intenseprep course. The webprep gives you the info but its much more dynamic in person and flows more smoothly.

If i were you, I would buy the bootleg home study version for 200 US.bought it from ebay.
