Is the TOEFL score critical to get accepted in the advanced standing program?

I am preparing Toefl test now for the advanced standing program.
Is it OK to just get a minimum requirement or do i have to take exam over and over to get greater score?

Each University that provide the AEGD have their own standard..

Find first where do you want to apply, and call them. If it is more than one University , then you should apply rule of the thump and go for the higher one.. ..

But According the Minnesota Board Of Dentistry. They asked for this:



Minimum: Total___Listening_____TWE

Computer: 213 _____21_________ 5
Written: 550______ 55_________ 5

(Minimum score of 80 with a mean score of 85 in part II, Listening)
