No single letter can guarantee interviews. And the content of a letter is the most important thing that makes it strong.

So you mean that what ever the source of the letter will be not important and what realy important is the content of it ?

of course both matter. a strong letter from a no-name community physician has some merit, but a strong letter from a dude that writes in Harrison's IM means a lot more.
