Is there a list of schools that like letters of intent/interest

I know some schools don't even look at them, but some schools appreciate them. Any ideas on if there's a resource for this listed somewhere?

Also should you send a letter of intent if acceptance decisions have not yet come out?

Sorry I should have specified, post-interview they weigh letters of interest and/or intent very heavily. I'm not sure if it matters pre-II. At my AZ interview said something to the effect of, "when the committee meets we ask, 'have we heard anything from them?' You don't need to send a LOintent/interest and people get in without them, but if we don't hear from you we consider you maybe not as interested in us."

So basically, send a letter of interest if you are interested.
