Is there any state with high passing rate for taking USMLE step 3

Planning to take USMLE step 3 in March. Any preference regarding the STATE for taking the test or is it the same everywhere. Some people state questions are harder in some states. Does anybody have any input regarding my concern.

Nothing like that I believe all are the same.
