but for dental schools? actually dont answer that, there is and Ive seen it before but now i cant find it again for the life of me. Ill be using the ADEA guide almost exclusively when applying but this seems like a nice screening tool and itd be interesting to get some sort of quantitative approximation of how state residence affects chances of being accepted.
Thanks

Hahaha. This is funny. According to this I should have been most competitive at Meharry, Temple, Tufts, and Harvard. -12 for Columbia.

There is more to dental school than numbers including a little luck. :luck:

wow this is GREAT... it lists your competitiveness based on your state of residency

excellent post 👍

Clearly none of these sites are very accurate, but just FYI you can leave the 'state of residency' field blank and just enter your stats!

I feel like the stats are pretty off. It's saying Harvard dental school's mean DAT score is 19, mean avg is 3.2 and mean sGPA is 3.3. In actuality, Harvard dental school's avg DAT score is 22; mean avg is 3.7, sGPA probably 3.7 too. Hahahaha oops???

yeah some of those stats are pretty far off. o well, still pretty interesting just to mess around with, the state residency feature is pretty cool but obviously the ADEA guide is the ultimate authority.
