I figure there are probably some global health people hanging out on this thread... has anyone heard of this book?

I got the link off of Vandy's global health site. Specifically, I'm wondering if it has much for MD's/MPH's beyond Doctors Without Borders and short stint stuff like that. Because I really have no contacts in public/global health and am trying to figure out how I would pay off loans for a MD/MPH in the global health field. I am totally clueless; I have no idea what a career in global health for someone with an MD or MD/MPH would be. Just that I want to have one. 😀
