I am going to take another poster's advice and remove the photo now because there is a potential for adcom members to see it. And it is always best to remain anonymous.

As long as you look presentable and well-dressed, it should be fine. Some may tell you to go for a cleaner shave, however. Also, you may not want to post your photo on here. Adcom members lurk on SDN (but I'm sure you're already aware of this).
