A while ago someone posted a thread after their DAT and he said that he took the laminated sheets and held them up to the computer screen to make a 'reference' angle for that PAT section.

Is this allowed? I'm retaking Wednesday, and I definately know those angles are tough...but isn't that crossing the line? Would it be wierd to ask the center moderator "Can I hold the paper up to the screen?"

Have you decided where you are accepting an offer?!?

I took the Kaplan course and my teacher said to do that for the angles...I've never heard if it is cheating or not, but either way, I had pink paper that I couldn't see through so I couldn't do that if I wanted to.

seems like a waste of time, especially since you should only spend ~5 min for all 15 angle questions

then how do you do the angle problems? they all look the same to me.

I'm ******ed at the hole punching...anyone have any tips?

Hole-punching on the DAT is WAY harder than on Achiever, TopScore, or Kaplan. On the practice tests, I never missed a hole-punch question. I think I missed several on the real thing.

i couldn't agree more with you sarah bellum, you did well though, very well. I was wondering because I looked at your stats on predents from the link, where did you do your postbac and was it an SMP/remedial program or was it full blown science courses??

I did it at UNC-Greensboro. Link here: http://www.uncg.edu/bio/pages/post-bac_med.html

It's functionally just taking the pre-reqs. As an undergrad, I was a math major who rarely went to class and even more rarely studied. Hence, my strong BCP (@ 3.8) and my weak overall and science (@3.1 and @3.2, respectively).
