Before I was about to send out my primary, I forgot to put down this program I took part in. It was for my Chinese class, and each spring semester I was paired up with this international grad student. The conversation program consisted of the other person teaching and helping me with Chinese for an hour, then I would help the other person with his essays and his English. It was about 3 hours per week. I was able to sign up from the program through my Chinese class, though participation was 100% optional, and me taking part in it did not directly affect my grade. Since it was a two-way thing, is this even worth putting down?

I only put EC's that have contributed to making me a more well rounded person or have helped me understand and experience the world of medicine so when questioned later I can tell them exactly how those EC's affected me. So the question is, did your experience affected you in any positive way. If yes, then put it... If not then dont worry about it.
