Hi
I know I've mentioned this like ten times , but here's one last question. I took a W for orgo last semester, but withdrawing from the class also withdrew me from the lab, so it looks like two "W's" even if I technically only withdrew one class.
My question is, would adcoms realize this? I know it's not a big deal, but I'm just curious, because it seems like every university does this and honestly I was doing well in lab so why would I want to retake it unless it was necessary? I'm just curious. Like, I just thin it would be nuts for somebody to look at that and htink of it as two separate Withdrawals.

Depends how your school codes the course and how it will appear on you transcript. Are they 2 distinct class codes? I.e. CHM200 and CHM200L? Or is it just one?

If it appears as 2 on the transcript you will be required to enter both as W on your application.

It's about this: CHEM-2210-201 is Organic Chemistry I. The lab , for Biology majors ( Biology majors, Chemistry majors, and Plastic engineering majors have different organic chem labs but the classes are the same)
CHEM-2290L-801
So the numbers are slightly different because there are three different orgo labs.

We're smart enough to figure that out.

I had a few W's because I didn't want a C on my transcript. I think I had like....10 credits of W's and it wasn't a problem. My GPA was decent. It shouldn't matter so long as you get decent grades in those classes.
