Is timing usually a problem on QBank vs the real deal?

I've heard that Step1 is a time cruncher - are the question banks (Qbank, UW, etc) similarly crunched for time? As in, if you do it in timed mode, for a block of 48, do most people find that tight or room to spare?

Curious how much these question banks mimic the real deal.
