So I will be attending a good state school for my freshman year. However, Cornell gave me a guaranteed transfer, providing I remain in good academic standing with my current university. My question: do adcoms look down on transfers? Does Cornell have a good pre-med program?

Ignore cost please. I will be able to afford Cornell very easily, and do not want finances to be in this discussion.

I hope not; I transferred twice before my sophomore year. From what I've heard, as long as your grades don't decline (under the general assumption that Cornell is more difficult than a state program, may be true, may not be), it doesn't really matter.

No one cares about transfers. Just do well in your classes. Going to an Ivy or state school doesn't really matter.

A transfer to a better school is good. Probably not the same when it comes to transferring to a community college after poor performance at a 4-year university.
