Is UWash worth applying to as OOS?

Is it worth applying to Washington as an OOS (Midwest)? My stats are 3.6 and 23 with lots of research and volunteering. But still I'm not from the WICHE states. Heard its a great program

If you're not from WA and you're not from a WICHE state, I wouldn't bother to apply. There are only 63 seats available each year, and probably 60 of those go to applicants from out West.

I agree. They're extremely OOS-unfriendly.
