Just wondering, we're the third year in our school to use the (new) systems based course. Is anyone using a different system?

What do you find to be the main advantages/disadvantages of a systems based course?

We are moving towards a systems based approach during 2nd year. I like it a helluva lot more than the way we did first year. For example, we just did skin path/pathophys along with the drugs used to treat the skin diseases, as well as many of the STD's in micro. We did pulm & cardio the same way. We are about to start renal/GU.
