Just a quick Q ... I'm looking for the number of constitutional isomers for C3H6Cl2...

I keep getting 5, but from what I'm seeing on google, there should be four?

Are the following two things the same?
H H H
Cl-C-C-C-Cl
H H H

and

H H H
H-C-C-C-H
Cl H Cl

I have them counting as two different isomers, maybe that's why I get that extra one?

1. vicinal Cl
2. Cl at terminal Cs
3. Geminal Cl (1 position)
4. Geminal Cl (2 position)

just four
 
correct.

Cl attached to the two end carbons are both the same. Single bonds can freely rotate so they are the same.
