sorry, but the BLS is not what I consider a reliable source.

After all, these are the same idiots who said that IT still has a huge shortage of workers.

The same IT field that has shipped over 200k jobs overseas in the last 5 years, and the same IT field that has seen unemployment triple in that time span.

Yeah, the BLS really knows their stuff.

There is a difference between plainly having jobs overseas (emedpa's perception of what macgyver meant), and having to be forced out of your home country to find jobs overseas (what macgyver really meant). I am starting to find speaking with people with low IQ very difficult.

I don't have insecurities such that I go on an internet forum and a break my anonymity to defend my profession or bash other people's. There is no need to tell anybody here anything about my personal life. Any civil discussion does not need revelation of anyone's profession or school. It's so annoying when people have profession/school under their names, as though it actually makes any arguments stronger.

I have yet to have any civil discussion with anyone in this forum. Anytime there is valid points thrown out, I receive personal attacks. What a waste of time this forum is.

I saw that too EMED! I sure hope this profession is growing fast with 135 or so programs kickin' out 4000+ each year! BLS says that the profession will grow by almost 50% in the next 10 years! There is a real need for PAs!
