sorry, but the BLS is not what I consider a reliable source.

After all, these are the same idiots who said that IT still has a huge shortage of workers.

The same IT field that has shipped over 200k jobs overseas in the last 5 years, and the same IT field that has seen unemployment triple in that time span.

Yeah, the BLS really knows their stuff. :rolleyes:

There is a difference between plainly having jobs overseas (emedpa's perception of what macgyver meant), and having to be forced out of your home country to find jobs overseas (what macgyver really meant). I am starting to find speaking with people with low IQ very difficult.

intersting that you mention that because there are now lots of overseas jobs for pa's too!

You did hear the one about the untreated codependent who jumped off the sixth floor, no? On the way down, someone else's life passed before his eyes.

=====

And, on an even cruder note, you heard what the original generic name was for Viagra? Mycoxiflopin.

I'd be my 13 yr old sibling's performance in college is better than yours and any kids you have.

I don't have insecurities such that I go on an internet forum and a break my anonymity to defend my profession or bash other people's. There is no need to tell anybody here anything about my personal life. Any civil discussion does not need revelation of anyone's profession or school. It's so annoying when people have profession/school under their names, as though it actually makes any arguments stronger.

I have yet to have any civil discussion with anyone in this forum. Anytime there is valid points thrown out, I receive personal attacks. What a waste of time this forum is.

It's a good break from life to come in here and realize the idiots that exist in this world, especially in the health care profession. I'm sure I'm going to get sick of this soon though.

Hey Pappy,

Right before I remove you permanently from my life (adding you to my ignore list), I thought I would let you know that you have some of the worst English composition that I have ever had the displeasure of reading. You seem to be unable to correctly match a verb with its subject; perhaps you should smend more time in Language Arts before your junior high report card is a shock for Mommy and Daddy. Thanks CV for introuducing me to the "Ignore" feature. Whehew!!!

I saw that too EMED! I sure hope this profession is growing fast with 135 or so programs kickin' out 4000+ each year! BLS says that the profession will grow by almost 50% in the next 10 years! There is a real need for PAs!
