Based on their admission requirements and location (I'm eligible for WUE in most of these states) I've finally narrowed down my list of schools to apply for.

SDSU

Univ of Washington

University of Wyoming

University of Wisconsin

University of Colorado

Questions? Comments? Advice? Please let me know.

Thanks!

is this for undergraduate or pharmacy school? i am familiar with the univ. of wisconsin- i did my masters there.

This is for the Pharm D program. My biggest deciding factor is the length of my prerequisite course of study.

WUE is only for undergraduate programs, you must mean WICHE's PSEP program (if you're a resident of Alaska, Hawaii, or Nevada only).

SDSU does not have a pharmacy program. Do you mean UCSD?

yeah i think she means UCSD because SDSU does not have anything like that.....

i think UCSD is going to be a hard one...i'm in the process of applying

Ummm SDSU does actually have a Pharm. D program... if she means South Dakota that is.

I was told by a number of schools in WUE that i qualify only during the first 2 years of school. After that, I have to pay out of state tuition.

And South Dakota State University does have a pharmacy program. Unless you were thinking San Diego State University....

Under WICHE's professional program, it's only for residents of Alaska, Nevada, and Hawaii 🙁. Maybe WUE thinks you're going into those 2+4 programs, so they're saying they can only help you for your undergrad prereq years. But as for pharmacy school itself, you probably can't since you're a Colorado resident.

I was told it was because I would have no degree and the first half of the doctoral program would count as my junior and senior year. This was from the credentials analyst from UWyo.
