I am trying to decide between JHSPH MSPH HBS health education and health communication and Berkeley's HSB program.
Are there any current or past students that can provide some feedback? How was the program, practicum, faculty, department, job prospects etc. Trying to make a decision and would be very helpful! Am I at a disadvantage if I get the MSPH vs MPH?
Also, in terms of Tuition/cost, due to JHSPH'S MTS, tuition is about the same, rent wise JHU may be less. Long term, I hope to reside on the West Coast. If I were to attend JHU (an East Coast school) would I be at a disadvantage if I am trying to secure a job on the West Coast, specifically in California? Is preference for jobs given to California residents? Or does JHSPH prestige help? Sorry for all the questions..it's challenging to make a decision.
Thank you for your help in advance!
