You'll get offers before and most certainly after you graduate. How many you get depends on how many contacts you make. Sign on bonuses suck. It makes you a prisoner. There is a thread about such a situation on this forum right now.

Had a job going in, had a couple of soft job offers on rotations and one which I pursued and accepted. Was planning on working for WAGS but wound up with a management position at an independent...more hours but much less *** kissing.
