Congrats on being the most in demand medicine specialty for the next 10-12 yrs...
We are looking to fill Heart Failure, Advanced Imaging (MRI), and General Cardiology positions in our practice due to growth and retirement.
Hospital employed group of 30 physicians(5 EP, 5 IC, 4.5 HF, 2 mri imagers), 20 NPs in Lancaster PA. Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. 1h15m from Philly, 1.5h from Baltimore, 2h20m from DC.
Full service line other than transplant in a busy practice. VAD, ECMO, Cardiomems, TAVR, Mitraclip, watchman, TCAR, cardiac ct perfusion, cardiac mri, vascular imaging, nuclear, etc. all under our control. 95% of business at 600 bed hospital runs through our group and 60K visits through our offices. Progressive group and institution focused on population health and innovation. Gen call is 1:18 with overnight NP coverage, IC 1:5. Excellent balance of work:life. After ramp in 10 wks paid vacation, 1 wk CME with allowance. Ramp to pay tied to approx 75th percentile with quality metric (not productivity) driven bonus structure. Sign on bonus, relocation, 403b core and matched contributions.
...and the city is very cosmopolitan for its size. Featured heavily in Forbes lists, NYTimes articles, NYPost “new Brooklyn”, top retirement community (think importing cardiology patients), vibrant dining and art scene.
