Opinions on best journal out there to keep one apprised on the latest research, hot topics, etc? I need to get a grasp on some of the latest developments in the field to incorporate into grand rounds presentation as well as case presentation and research paper critique. Any thoughts?
On that note-where in this country is the cutting edge research being done?
And for those of you out there applying for fellowships are these extra feathers in your cap so to speak? How much weight do these extra efforts carry? At the fellowship level what are the PD's looking for-other than the whole package? ha ha
