I'm getting ready to go into my first year of pre-med school. I was just wondering what a person does if they get through pre-med and take their mcat, but don't get into any of the med schools they applied for. I'm really a worrier, lol. Are you out of luck and wasted your money and time for four years or what? Really, what do you do? I appreciate any advice or encouragement.
Thanx

it's ppl like these high schoolers and freshmen who should be required before posting anything in pre-allo to post a minimum 500 posts in the lounge! that'll lighten them up! 😀

Well, if you have a typical "pre-med" major, then you go for MS/Phd so you can eat. If you chose a major that will actually pay you something with a BS, then you get a job.

If you are determined, you should also re-apply. Many people get in on 2nd and 3rd tries. Do something substantial in the years between applications to improve your standing. Good luck.
