I think when you select "Anyone who inquires about my application" you don't have to fill that out

Well you could type specific people also.

I selected "no one" for that part. I can't imagine anyone would call on my behalf or just call to ask about my application but I also have a very common name. I'm sure if anyone calls to ask, they're required to give more than just the applicant's name but I didn't want there to be any confusion anyways.
