kaplan blue book is it accurate?

how accurate is the kaplan blue book?
i have seen people use a lot of study aids, so for which sections is this thing good for?

i have seen people saying this is good for the chems
cdp for the pat
cdm for math
and cliffs for bio

any insight will be appreciated

I personally only used the kaplan class to study for the DAT's and I felt like there wasn't that much of the blue book on my exam. IMO it helped a lot with the chems and a little with biology, but that's about it.
